Order Submission to NIXOVA

  • When you complete the checkout process and payment, your order is officially submitted to Nixova.
  • Upon submission, you will receive an order processing email with your order details.
  • This email serves as proof that your order has been successfully placed.

Order Processing by NIXOVA

Processing Time

We prepare orders within 2–4 working days. However, if you place an order on weekends or public holidays, we will process it on the next working day.

During this time, you will also receive a confirmation email to notify you that your order is approved, and we are processing it.

If, for any reason, we cannot process your order, we will inform you via email within 2–4 working days. Furthermore, we will issue a full refund to your bank account within 7 working days and send you a receipt of the transaction. In the event that an issue arises, we will promptly notify you.


Shipping Order

  • Shipping Timeline:
    • Once we confirm your order and you receive the confirmation email:
      • You will receive a tracking ID in another separate email within 2-3 working days.
      • Use this ID to track your shipment online.
  • Delivery Timeline: Orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days after the tracking ID is sent.
  • Multiple Products in One Order:
    If your order includes more than one type of product (e.g., a projector and an action camera), we may ship items in separate parcels to ensure smooth and safe delivery. Thus, they may arrive at different times.
    • We will email you the tracking IDs for each parcel separately.
    • Note: Parcels may not arrive at the same time.
  • Important Note: Delivery timelines may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances. In the vent of natural disasters such as strikes, severe weather conditions, and conflicts. You will also be notified via email in such cases.

Shipping Method

We collaborate with a range of trusted international shipping companies because of the reliable delivery services. Those are including FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, EMS, USPS, South American Postal Services, and others. Furthermore, we will select the most appropriate shipping provider based on your region and specific circumstances.

Indeed, the shipping type will be standard air freight. Moreover, all items are carefully packaged before shipping, and we thoroughly verify the order details and delivery address to ensure smooth delivery.


Taxes, Customs, and Import Duties

  • Customs Policies: We provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service for most countries to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process.
  • DDP Benefits: With DDP, Nixova covers customs fees, so you don’t have to worry about it upon delivery.
  • Exceptions:
  • In some countries or states:
    • additional taxes, VAT or import duties
  • may apply based on local customs policies, which we cannot control. Thus, charges will be payable by the customer in those countries or states.
  • Customer Responsibility
    • Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses as well as tax identification numbers (if required in specific countries or states).
    • Moreover, to facilitate smooth delivery, customers must also provide any other necessary details.
    • Customers must assist with customs clearance if required in specific countries or states. Therefore, their cooperation is essential to ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Package Return or Destruction:
    • If the customs do not clear a package in certain countries or delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missing information, the customer must cover any return or destruction fees. Consequently, the customer will be responsible for any related expenses.
    • The customer will also bear any additional costs incurred.
    • So, we encourage customers to provide accurate details to avoid such issues.
  • Product Value Declaration: The product’s price will be based on its actual value.

Order Cancellation

  • You have 24 hours to cancel your order after submission.
  • To cancel, email support@nixova.com with the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Brief reason for cancellation
  • A cancellation fee (transaction fee) will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.
  • Note: Cancellations are only allowed within the first 24 hours.

Address Modification

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order:

  • If you notice a mistake in your shipping address within 48 hours of order submission, please contact our customer service at support@nixova.com to correct it. Otherwise, we may not be able to process the change.
  • Once the product has been processed and you receive the tracking ID and email address, changes are no longer possible as the shipping process has started.
